After years of hard work, we have finally started our own brewery. Using Miami as our inspiration, we challenge ourselves daily by unlocking new taste combinations using fruits, spices, and herbs. We strive to brew original, craft beer in Miami that will grow our industry in the greatest city.
We are Miami's first production craft brewery.

Peter Schnebly started Miami Brewing Company as a side project to give his customers the option of a personally crafted beer while others in their party enjoyed some of Schnebly's fine wines.
